Future of Work Live brings together the brightest minds and business leaders from across the world to deliver the latest thinking on the future of the workplace. Advances in workplace technology can be both positive and negative on employee’s mental health. The inspirational Rob Stephenson recently launched the InsideOut LeaderBoard 2019: a published list of senior leaders from our workplaces who are open about their experience of mental ill-health to help smash the stigma. In this session, Rob talks about how his LeaderBoard has changed the conversation and why all stakeholders involved with the future of the workplace should create an open conversation around mental ill-health. He then talks about why we need to stimulate investment in the preventative space, helping all employees proactively manage mental wellbeing and ultimately performance.
