Wellbeing at Work is a global integrated, multi-channel platform to help leaders make the health and wellbeing of themselves and their organisations a strategic priority. Our cross-functional team is located across three continents, bound together with common values and a clear purpose and vision. To support the Wellbeing at Work Community, we have three core offerings:  

  • The Wellbeing at Work Summit – that take place in eight regions around the world
  • The Wellbeing at Work Membership Hub – bringing access to knowledge, resources and connections
  • The Wellbeing at Work Bespoke Division – creative solutions for C-Suite leaders to connect and engage in person and online 

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for an International Marketing Executive to join our team and lift our game in marketing.

About the role

You will be responsible for the planning, development and execution of marketing programmes and campaigns across our portfolio of products to deliver on our ambitious growth plans.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Responsibility for building Wellbeing at Work into a world class global brand
  • Develop, deliver, and manage our global marketing and brand campaigns in partnership with our leadership teams based in Europe, Australia and North America
  • Marketing Strategy. Build a marketing strategy and plan for growth in both audience development and sponsor recruitment and retention
  • External Partnerships. Build relationships with our external partners and providers to enhance our profile and reach in our given geographical regions 
  • Media & PR relations. Build connection with local and targeted trade media to raise the profile of both our portfolio and company
  • Digital. Execute impactful digital programs internally and through external agencies and vendors covering Email, Newsletters, PPC, SEO, Data etc. 
  • Attendance of some of the summits and to be responsible for the marketing and broadcasting of the content via our wellbeing at work social channels
  • Manage and develop internal tools and technologies to build a pipeline of opportunities and business development processes (sponsors and attendees) 
  • Identify new opportunities both internally and externally to further develop our proposition and reach (sponsors and attendees)
  • Regular reporting to the regional leads on activities and impact

Success criteria:

–    Summit success in terms of delegate volume and revenue

–    Pipeline of opportunities for the Wellbeing at Work Hub and Sponsorship Partners

–   Brand awareness through SEO and external media coverage

About you

This is a busy role, working as part of a small and passionate team, in a fast-moving industry. With that in mind, the successful candidate must tick all if not most of the following boxes:

  • A minimum of 12-18 months experience in a similar role
  • A degree in Marketing or Business related subject or CIM Marketing Diploma or equivalent
  • Solid track record 
  • Highly organised 
  • Creative thinker and likes to develop creative solutions
  • Interest and appreciation of the cultural differences throughout our global audiences
  • Proactive self starter
  • Results focused 
  • Team player and willing to get stuck in as we are a small team
  • Excellent communicator
  • Can see the funny side of life
  • Passion for wellbeing and mental health

  • Travel will be required

You would report directly to our VP EMEA but would work closely with our regional leads in both Australia and North America.
